A walking cane is a very personal thing. It needs to be just right in a number of respects.

Most importantly, of course, it has to fit. Exactly. When you ask me to re-size a cane you have chosen it becomes a custom cane. As I have said, there is no additional charge for a custom cane. However, once a cane has been shortened I cannot restore it to its original length if you were to decide you don't like it after all. Then it becomes a problem for both of us. A relatively short cane is harder to sell. A cane that does not suit you does you little good and makes you unhappy with the seller... me.

Therefore I ask you to be careful before you ask me to cut a cane for you. Please PLEASE be sure you measure carefully. Then use the form below to let me know which cane you have chosen and to what length you want it sized. I will remove that cane from my gallery. After I have sized it I will send you an email with a private link for you to buy the cane.

There's nothing like having something special that was made just for you. This is true about any number of things, but it seems to me a custom-made cane is the perfect example. If you would like a cane made just for you please use the form below to let me know what you would like. We'll start from here and work together to get you the cane that's just right for you. After you have described your cane I may be able to send you pictures of raw stock for you to choose from. Once we have settled on the cane for you I will add it to the queue. When it has been completed I will send you an email with a picture of your cane shown just as I show those in my gallery, and a private link for you to buy the cane.

PLEASE NOTE! There may be a wait for your custom-made cane, depending on how many other orders are before yours, and how difficult the design you want might be. All canes take about 10 days to be completed from start to finish. I will let you know approximately how long it will be before you receive your cane when I reply to your initial inquiry.
